I have questions about my donation. Who should I contact?
What if my donation history seems incomplete or inaccurate?
- If you donated recently (within the past 2-3 weeks), your donation may not be visible on the website yet. We encourage you to check back later!
- If your donation was made through a financial manager or charitable grant, they may not have provided FMSC all of the necessary information.
- Your donation may have been credited to someone else in your household.
- Your donor information that was provided to FMSC may not have included enough detail to match your MyFMSC profile accurately.
- MarketPlace purchases are not tax-deductible and are not listed here.

Can I use this online donation history as my annual statement for tax purposes?
We don’t recommend it! Gift-in-kind donations may have been included in the donations listed in your MyFMSC online history, and gifts-in-kind are typically excluded from tax statements. Gala ticket and table purchases are also less than 100% tax-deductible. Annual tax statements from FMSC reflect the tax-deductible portion of your giving and are sent by postal mail at the end of January each year (to all monthly donors (Hope Sustainers) and donors who have given $250 or more by the end of the calendar year).
How do I receive gift receipts for the donations listed?
Gift receipts are mailed out within two weeks of your donation being entered into FMSC’s systems. Note: no gift receipts will be mailed for donations less than $10.
What if a specific dollar amount was not credited to a program or campaign I requested?
If you have questions about the program or campaign designated for your donation, please email us at donorcare@fmsc.org.
Will I receive an email if my donation history changes?
You will not receive an email, but we will continue to update your MyFMSC online account with the latest information available. If you’re waiting for a donation to come through, check back in 2-3 weeks to see it in your account!
I noticed my contact information is incorrect. Can I change this online?
Absolutely! You can edit your contact information at any time in your MyFMSC profile. Please note: this change will not be automatically updated in our records. If you’d like to ensure FMSC has your most up-to-date contact information on file to help us provide a more complete donation history for you, please email us at donorcare@fmsc.org.
If I donated anonymously, will my donation show up in MyFMSC account?
If you gave anonymously, your donation will not show up in your online MyFMSC account.
I updated my information in MyFMSC account but I can’t see my donation history. Please help!
Sometimes if you have a common name or there are multiple FMSC donors within the same household, it most likely means we cannot verify your donor information. Email us at donorcare@fmsc.org with your name and any additional information that might assist in the matching process, and we’d love to help sort this out for you!
How can I update an existing monthly giving plan?
To make changes to an existing monthly giving plan, click here or contact monthlydonors@fmsc.org or 763-504-2919. FMSC’s monthly giving plans are managed by Classy, a secure donation platform. Note that your Classy login details may differ from your fmsc.org account.
