Jess has a degree in Communications and Journalism from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul. She spent nearly 5 years writing for a local travel company before traveling to 11 countries and serving for 11 months on The World Race. She considers working for FMSC one of the greatest honors and is thrilled to share stories of lives being transformed and rebuilt around the world.

Through June 2019, SnoMania Island has donated 36,825 FMSC meals through ice cream and shaved ice treat purchases – enough to feed 100 children one meal every day for an entire year.
