At 3 years old, the twins weighed about 15 pounds each, half of the typical weight for kids their age. They weren’t babies, but they still looked like babies.

Their lives changed after eating FMSC meals, and now their mother has dreams for their future.

The heart donation program also changes the lives of artisans like Betty, one of the first participants in the Hope Again Women Project, which employs more than 200 women in Francis and Rose's community in Uganda. Betty is currently raising five grandchildren, and the income she receives from her handmade items allows her to pay their school fees and invest in planting crops and raising animals to help feed her family.
