HOW TO COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE

To complete the Summer Hunger Challenge, participants must:

  • Pick up a Summer Hunger Challenge stamp card from an FMSC staff member. If you lose the card, you will need to start over.
  • Pack 5 times at any FMSC permanent packing site.
  • Complete three of the following five activities:
    • Bring a friend or group to pack.
    • Make a purchase at FMSC MarketPlaceTM.
    • Tag FMSC in a post on social media.
    • Donate $106 to feed a child for a year.
    • Host a fundraiser for FMSC.
  • Ask an FMSC staff member to stamp your card each time you pack or complete an activity.

 

SUMMER HUNGER CHALLENGE 2026 OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY:

  • The Summer Hunger Challenge is open to registered volunteers who participate in packing sessions at FMSC permanent sites between June 29 and September 7, 2026.
  • Eligible sites are Coon Rapids, Chanhassen and Eagan, Minnesota; Aurora, Libertyville and Schaumburg, Illinois; Richardson, Texas; and Tempe, Arizona.
  • Volunteers ages 5 and older are eligible to participate.
  • Employees of Feed My Starving Children (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible.
  • There is no limit to the number of packing sessions a participant may attend.
  • Volunteers can pick up a Summer Hunger Challenge stamp card at any of our permanent packing sites listed above.
  • Participants may receive one stamp for each packing session and one stamp for each qualifying activity completed. Multiple stamps may be earned during the same visit.
  • MobilePack™ events do not count toward the Summer Hunger Challenge.

SUBMISSION:

  • To qualify for a T-shirt, completed Summer Hunger Challenge stamp cards must be returned to one of FMSC’s permanent packing sites by September 7, 2026. Each card must be clearly marked with the participant’s name and contact information. Minors are not required to provide contact information.
  • To complete the challenge, each participant must pack five times during the challenge period and complete three of the following five activities: tag FMSC in a social media post, start a fundraiser for FMSC, donate $106, bring a friend or group to a packing session or make a purchase at FMSC MarketPlace™.
  • Packing sessions will be verified through FMSC’s volunteer registration system. Participants must sign in each time they volunteer.

PRIZES AWARDED:

  • Each eligible participant who completes the Summer Hunger Challenge and returns a completed stamp card by September 7, 2026, may choose any one free FMSC MarketPlace™ T-shirt priced at $25.
  • T-shirts must be selected from the inventory available at the FMSC permanent packing site where the prize is redeemed. Online inventory and online orders are not eligible.
  • Limit one free T-shirt per participant, regardless of how many times the participant completes the challenge.
  • T-shirts must be picked up at an FMSC permanent packing site and will not be shipped. Styles and sizes are subject to availability.

CONDUCT:

  • Participants agree not to alter or falsify stamps or Summer Hunger Challenge stamp cards.
  • All participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Feed My Starving Children, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be in violation of these rules.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

  • Feed My Starving Children is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected Summer Hunger Challenge stamp cards. If for any reason the challenge is not capable of running as planned, Feed My Starving Children may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the challenge. Participants further agree to release Feed My Starving Children from any liability resulting from or related to participation in the challenge.
  • By submitting a Summer Hunger Challenge stamp card, participants consent to FMSC’s use of their name and general geographic location by FMSC for advertising and promotional purposes, including but not limited to on FMSC’s social media pages, web pages and printed collateral without any additional compensation, except where prohibited.
