- If scheduling a family with young children (minimum age: 5 years old), follow a one child to on adult ratio.
- If scheduling a student or youth group (3rd grade and above), follow the student-to-adult ratios below:
- 3-6 grade: 3 students to 1 adult
- 7-9 grade: 4 students to 1 adult
- 10-12 grade: 5 students to 1 adult
